modalities of training. Group training is done on the weekends,
making it convenient for student-athletes, as well as parents.
The training we offer and the positive attitude we enstill in

Private Training
Private training is available to athletes who desire personalized
training with our expert training staff. These athletes will train
in accordance with the needs of their sport. PSAS integrates sport-specific
training with performance training, providing the athlete with the
necessary tools for success in their sport. PSAS is committed to
achieving the highest performance level for every athlete. Athletes
that participate in the program will be prepared for any and all
challenges that occur during a competition.

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is a necessity for any serious athlete.
During a compeition, the body needs to perform at maximum capacity
for extended periods of time. Training speed, agility, and metabolic
efficiency is great but it needs to be accompanied with weight training
to increase muscle size, strength, power, and endurance. At PSAS,
we lift with a purpose. We concentrate on form and function,
using a periodized training regimen to create the desired enhancements.

Sport-Specific Skill and
Technique Training
At PSAS, our expert staff is proud to offer sport-specific skill
and technique training. Athletes will perfect current skills and
also learn new techniques to further seperate themselves from the
average athlete.

Adult Training
Although we specialize in student athletes, it is common to receive
requests from adults who desire training as well. Whether it is
for health, looks, or occupational needs, PSAS provides adults with
the necessary training to achieve their personal goals.
Team Development
Preston Student Athlete Services trains athletes of all sports,
but has the expertise and capability to train entire teams. Regardless
of sport, we can raise the level of performance for a team, providing
them the training and skills needed to win county, state, and national
championships.
